  • Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?

    Your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to proceed. We do not deliver to postal boxes. For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Where possible, we offer free shipping on items in the USA and in the EU*. Any shipping fees that may apply will be calculated at checkout.
